Thank you for shopping at Pink City Oasis. Each piece is handmade with care, and we want you to love what you receive.
Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. Because our products are handmade to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing preferences.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@pinkcityoasis.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange defective or damaged items for the same product. If the original item is out of stock, we'll offer store credit or a full refund.
